Cancellations, Returns & Warranty

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, 20% of the item price will be deducted.

Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; revisions are available for an additional fee. For approved returns, buyers pay return shipping. Items must be in original condition; damage or wear may reduce the refund.

All loose diamonds and finished jewelry include a 30-day warranty. Repairs, resizing and maintenance after this period are available for an additional fee.
