Each lab-grown diamond over 1 ct comes with an IGI certificate. Lab-grown diamonds below 1 ct are uncertified and carefully selected for D/E/F color, VVS2 clarity and Excellent cut. All diamonds are lab-grown. All colored gemstones are natural. This policy applies to lab-grown diamonds only, not pearls or other gemstones.

Customization & Delivery

Handmade to order in 14–20 business days; special custom orders may take longer. Includes free custom engraving and luxury gift packaging. Free USA shipping; international shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellations, Returns & Warranty

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, 30% of the item price will be deducted.

Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; revisions are available for an additional fee. For approved returns, buyers pay return shipping. Items must be in original condition; damage or wear may reduce the refund.

All loose diamonds and finished jewelry include a 30-day warranty. Repairs, resizing and maintenance after this period are available for an additional fee.
