Cancel within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, 20% of the item price is deducted. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; revisions may incur an additional fee. For approved returns, buyers pay return shipping and items must be in original condition; damage or wear may result in a deduction.
