Cancellations & Returns

Cancel within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a deduction of 20% of the item price. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; revisions may be available for an additional fee. For approved returns, buyers cover return shipping and items must be in original condition; loss in value from damage or wear may be deducted.
